Looking for Paris-based French + English speaking videographer and audiographer.
We're shooting with a local French family to create over 200 lessons to help beginner/intermediate students learn French. Their son and his best friend will be our 'virtual hosts', showing students around Paris. We need a skilled 360 videographer and audiographer to record mostly 360 video lessons, small amount of flat video for trailer and mobile photography for social media. Production crew = 2x people.
Budget broken down:
- Pay = US$300/day per person (1x videographer, 1x audiographer)
- Days required = 6 (4x days of production, 1x day of meetings/planning, 1x day of uploading footage)
- Budget = US$3,600 ($300 x 2 x 6) + expenses like travel and food on location
Equipment required:
- 2x 5.7K/6K 360 cameras (need 2x so one can cool while other is shooting) - recommend Insta360 1-Inch Leica edition
- Small gimbal camera like Osmo Pocket for flat video (moving shots of the city for trailer)
- Cinematic camera for flat video (scenery shots for trailer)
- Zoom H3-VR mic
- Zoom H6 portable recorder
- 2x Sennheiser ew G4 (or equivalent) lapel microphones
- iPad for previewing camera while rolling
- 2x mobile phones with internet access for mobile photography (social media content) and for scripts (Google Sheet) 1x each videographer + audiographer
- Lightstand tripod
- Monopod
- Clapperboard for audio sync
- Portable light
- Gaffer tape, batteries, SD cards etc…
Deliverables:
- Record 360 video and audio tracks (200 lessons with approx 5 lines each lesson = 1,000 lines of dialogue), needs spatial and lapel audio
- Record flat video trailer with shots of locations/experience
- Record mobile photography with close ups of food/objects for social media
- Upload all raw footage onto Dropbox/WeTransfer
- All editing done by external post production team (possibility for collaboration in post too)
- Attend meetings with remote producer based in New Zealand
- Be able to communicate via WhatsApp
