300 GBP ONLY!!! Many can draw well but only a very few of them can animate well. I'm a licensed 2D Animator and animating is my passion. And I'm specialized on epic action animations you can see on animes so I think I can do the job well, I'll use adobe flash for this. You didnt specify the duration so if it's only a minute long with same as the video from the link you provided then I can make it A LOT CHEAPER THAN WHAT I BIDDED. YOU CAN ADJUST YOUR BUDGET LOWER if I'm the one you choose to award. Like maybe 300gbp Sample of my animations are on my Freelancer profile portfolio. This is digital so I'll be using Adobe Flash and I promise you, you'll like it. And I'm not doing this for money, I'm doing this because I love it. And loving what you do can make your work a masterpiece.
