Record a 30 seconds video with your phone - in Australia

Dear Bidders!

The service I need consists of a short phone camera video which shall be recorded by you with yourself in front of the iconic administrative buildings from various capitals of our world (like Kremlin, White House or Capitol etc.). Such video shall be made as in attached file (registered by me, in identical format) meeting the following criteria:

- you are male or female (no age limits, however desirably no kids)

- desirably (not mandatory) shall be made by a person which doesn't represent that country (for ex: a black man in Moscow, a Chinese in London, a Mexican in USA, an Indian in London, a Chinese in Amsterdam, a white man in Shanghai or Hong Kong or in Mumbai or in Bagdad or Ankara (in case of Turkey can be Istanbul as well);

- 30 seconds length;

- recorded with a at least 12 megapixel camera (desirably 4 K), either by phone or by a regular camera

- being recorded by someone else holding the camera from aside or by yourself (in this case only with a selfie stick)

- the main administrative building shall be caught in the background sufficiently clear and big to make it evident/ identifiable (see in the video attached)

- to hold two A3 paper boards with clearly eligible, written with big letters, words ("Be me for a second'' and "Empathy is the key''), please watch with attention the video (the letters shall be written thicker than I’ve done

- P.S. the video can be made by couples (ideally one of you being of different ethnicity). For such a job, the budget would be 100 USD or 150 (for US, Moscow, Paris, London)
