Need to prove that a police dashcam video evidence was altered

In search of a Digital Forensic Analyst with experience in analyzing videos. I need to prove that the supplied video has been tampered with. So..the videos don't look edited but I think they were altered. Because my recollection of that night was totally different. Let me explain 10:06 AM The video shows police driving behind a vehicle, and the vehicle in front is switching lanes and also stops on the shoulder briefly. Then the vehicle is hit by the police car But, by my memory the chase was different. I remember the chase being in one lane only, and the car in front of the police vehicle didn't even brake one time, and for the entire chase the police vehicle was only a few ft behind the vehicle in front...there was only one open lane as the rest were taken up by construction. I was in the first [login to view URL] don't swerve and didn't hit brakes at all, since the police car was very close to me for the entire time. In the end I crashed because I let up on the acceleration and the police car hit the back end of my car. In the video, the police car hits the side of my car (not the back) and is more than 3ft behind my car for the entire chase. And also in the video it shows us as going a show-ish speed when in fact we were all going 50+ to 70+ to 100+ mph in reality. Can you check for inconsistencies in that regard? Namely: 1) I did not pull to the side of the road (was an edit) 2) my car was not switching between lanes (vid was edited) 3) the video shows both cars going significantly less speeds than was reality (also shown in the severity of the crash) 4) I did not press on the brakes even one time during the chase (I'm not sure if this can be proven) 5) The police car was much closer to my car for the entire chase. I believe these all to be true and that these facts were illegally altered in the form of edits/video altercation. If there is Any way that we can give an example, or prove, that the above video was altered, then that is what I will need you to do. It is video forensics so will be used in a court room setting, 35 minutes long. Expecting around 12 hours of work.
