Create simple videos/animations for breathing exercises/tutorials

Hi, I want to create a course on different breathing patterns/exercises. For this course I want to provide a guided breathing tutorial/video. As an example the box breathing technique lets you breathe in 3 seconds, hold the breath 3 seconds, breathe out for 3 seconds and again hold the breath for 3 seconds. This pattern and other patterns should be shown in a video format. For this specific example the screen just shows the text (breathe in/ breathe out/ hold) and a counter to track the seconds. For the sound different beeping sounds are used so that even without looking on the screen people who follow the exercise know when to breathe in and out. Please let me know in case that you have further questions. This project is a prototype which is why it is very important to come up with an easy and cost effective version first.
