We need to automate/create a demonstration video showing a 4x4 vehicle canopy raising off the vehicles load bed 400mm. When the canopy has raised to full extension (400mm) tent panels need to appear around the canopy between the bottom of the canopy and top of the vehicle load box, as well as off the back of the canopy. Similar to this video: [login to view URL] However our tent panel that comes of the back differ's a bit from this video. The rear canopy door needs to be open like this: [login to view URL] Then our panel connects inside the back of the canopy and comes out like a box. Here the 2D plans for the tent panels: Front & Back [login to view URL] Sides [login to view URL] The canopy lifts by way of actuators like this: [login to view URL] Heres the link to the 3D model of the actuator: [login to view URL] Then there are custom brackets that connect the actuator to the vehicle and canopy. Like this: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] All this needs to be detailed in 3D and then automated to demonstrate to someone how the system works.
