ffmpeg expert

We require an expert with a proven track record specifically in ffmpeg command line. We require a command line script that will take 6 video clips and concat them together according to a specific formula. This formula includes visual transition ( e.g fade ) , overlying music and audio transition. This " edit " which is a template is represented in the attached image. You will have specific experience in ffmpeg scripting , best practices and may have experience of configuring a google cloud compute instance to include GPU in the processing. You are assisting with the development of a microservice script within a larger application. My aim is to test the viability of ffmpeg to complete this narrow task. Ideally we can run the script on different instances of google cloud compute ( .e.g with / without GPU and monitor resources and speed etc ).
