Edit Instructional Build Video for math based construction toy

Hi
We are a children's toy company that has a line of three geometric shapes that interlock. People use these pieces to explore principles of Geometry, to model concepts and to build creatively.
We have some existing instructional build videos we can show but it is very much like showing a Lego build, brick by brick.
Yesterday we shot a model building a 540 pc model. There were three cameras recording some or all of the build from slightly different angles.
We would like for the editor to
1. work from the bulk footage to bring these together to show how to build the model featured.
2. We have Black and White instruction sheet - this will need to be scanned and converted into vector art. This will then be overlaid on the video - IE it will teach the builder how to build the shapes - they can try to follow along with the video AND also watch the instructions.
3. The build time was about 90 minutes.
We shot from three angles and have about 250 minutes of raw footage.
The work will be shared in a Google Drive Folder
The footage is Described as
Camera 1 Sony 1

etc
Essentially, while there are multiple sections of video, they are in separate folders and marked sequentially.
Your job will be to use
Full Screen with Picture in Picture and put together the best logical, easy to follow presentation using the existing video. We think the speed of the playback can be made faster so this appears to be more of a time lapse build.
Our target build video time is 10 minutes but we will listen to your perspective. Our goal is to allow our customers to make the shape as promised.
