Adjustments on vBulletin site

I want my site to have only three pages for now: "Inicio", "Foros" and an empty page called "Quiénes somos". I also want to be able to edit those pages (at the moment I can't turn on the "edit site" button in the home page and make changes). I want the address of "Inicio" to be at [login to view URL], the address of "Foros" to be at "[login to view URL]", and the address of "Quiénes somos" to be at "[login to view URL]". I want those three pages to have the same upper part: the header, the menu and the slider. On top of that, I want you to delete all other existing pages, forums and channels on the site, with the exception of the ones that can´t be deleted in vbulletin (Blogs, Groups, Uncategorized Groups and Special channels).
