UX RE-DESIGN PROJECT FOR PEER-TO-PEER PLATFORM

We are currently looking for someone who is business oriented, and is able to bring ideas in to functional design quickly. The project we are focused on at the moment is in a bit of a time crunch so preferably you're not too busy with other projects, and can work full weeks. The platform mentioned is already in production. This will be both V2 for functionality and design. The main drivers for the re-design are: -on boarding flow currently is not effective (kinda doesn't exist) -Dashboard views are difficult to understand. -> too many users ask basic questions -Lacking some consistency between admin, and the front end of the website. 1-The platform it self offers search functionality for users to find space quickly that can be used for film production, music recording, events, dance, and photoshoots. 2-As for the owner of these spaces the platform offers a way to get involved in the creative community, earn extra income or revenue (If Business). 3-Need Help Now: Calendar Views, Booking Workflows, Listing Workflows, Payment Workflows, Account Management workflows, Admin/customer service views.
