Power BI Custom Bar Chart Visualization

Using pbiviz, create a Bar Chart that has three columns on the Y axis. The columns would be Name (text), State (text), and Number (int) then the bar would represent Time.
Please note, this requires programming in typescript, then ultimately developing a package in json that will be loaded into Power BI as a custom visualization.
You can start by using the Standard Bar Chart from Gitub, modify the .ts & json as needed to create a new bar chart. (Or create new bar chart from scratch). The barchart is here: [login to view URL]
It would be great if that existing barchart could be modified to add the (2) additional row data...
