Weld plastic and fabric together for a prototype

Hi there, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - basically i can do it (weld fabric on plastic, but... 2 - what kind of fabric, what kind of plastic (not all the combination plastic/fabric are suitable for thermowelding) 3 - do you have the parts? plastic and the fabric? 4 - the plastic part have special shape which require the fabric to be stretched in some way? a lot of details which need to be discussed...
