3D Walkthrough for Futuristic Floating Home in Unity or Unreal Engine

I’m looking to have a 3D virtual walkthrough made for a conceptual futuristic floating home I am designing. I would like 2 versions of this demo made: 1. The initial version should be able to be made fairly quickly would ideally allow users to fly in via Google Earth (or something equivalent) to one of 3 locations in the world where the same conceptual home demo would be located in each place. I would like users to be able to walk through the entire home both inside and out. 2. The second version which will take longer to build would allow users to walk through the conceptual home and customize the colors of walls, floors, ceilings, stairs, change the glass windows from one style to another, view the home during the day or night, turn on/off/dim lights, and even change between a few different floorplans and other options. I have the files in fbx, 3ds max and 3dm but it might take another 3 days to have finalized designs. I would like to be able to view this in something like Oculus Quest without requiring an internet connection after the application is loaded. I haven’t bought the Oculus Quest yet so if there is a better portable system for this kind of a demo please let me know so I can get it. The current floorspace is 196m sqr (or 2,160’ sqr). Can you let me know if this is something that you can do and how long it might take for each of version 1 and 2 and the ballpark pricing. I need to have a fairly quick turn around as I would like to start giving demo’s for version 1 in the next week. Please include links to work you have done so I can see what you are capable of.
