So, I already have one outer-mesh and it's UV-map. Here is the t-shirt model(see attached). I am going to use the male model (there is also a female model a can ignore) I want to create another outer-mesh that is the same shape but cut up different, so that it will have a different UV-map, or different set of 'UV-islands' for the outer-mesh. Both models will use the same inner-mesh. Here is video of how I want the new mesh to be divided up - [login to view URL] So now we have same model tshirt and two different UV-maps for the outer-mesh. Also I have attached example of how I did similar thing to a hat. I have same hat and different out-mesh divided up differently. This gives me two different UV maps for same hat and therefore for same xray projection-texture when baked to UV.
