Hi,
I need your help to design a wearable enclosure that will house a custom PCB and battery. The enclosure will have will have a functioning button, and opening for a USBC charger. I want to use PLA, Resin, or TPU as the 3D printing material.
The application is to function as a wearable recording device. Therefore, size (minimal form factor) and aesthetics are the most important parts. We also need to create a functioning push button in the 3D model (Either it will be a 3d printed part, or please recommend what will be used there).
The PCB will sit on top of the battery, and the button will face the top.
Size of the battery is : 29mm x 36mm x 4.75mm / 1.15" x 1.4" x 0.19"
Size of the PCB is: 38mm x 24.5mm x 12mm.
The case needs to account for some space for the battery wire to connect with the PCB. The case needs to ensure that the PCB's USB port is flush with the case. The case needs to ensure that the button on the PCB can be pressed
