السلام عليكم اخي الكريم للتذكير و مع احترامي لكم نقلا عن موقع اسلام ويب الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه، أما بعـد: فرسم ذوات الأرواح إذا كان مجسماً محرم بالإجماع، كما سبق في الفتوى رقم: 14116. والصورة بالأساس إنما تعرف بالرأس، ولهذا جاء في الحديث: الصورة الرأس؛ فإذا قطع الرأس فلا صورة. رواه الإسماعيلي، وصححه الألباني. وروي هذا المعنى عن عدد من الصحابة والتابعين، وهذا يدل على تحريم نحت ما فيه الرأس من ذوات الأرواح، كما سبق في الفتوى رقم: 33103. فإذا قطع الرأس أو طمست معالم الوجه فنرجو أن لا يكون على الناحت حرج في ذلك، لقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: أتاني جبريل فقال: إني كنت أتيتك البارحة فلم يمنعني أن أكون دخلت عليك البيت الذي كنت فيه إلا أنه كان على الباب تماثيل، وكان في البيت قرام ستر فيه تماثيل، وكان في البيت كلب، فمر برأس التمثال الذي في البيت فليقطع فيصير كهيئة الشجرة ... الحديث. رواه أحمد والترمذي وقال: حسن صحيح. وأبو داود. وصححه الألباني. وقد سبق التنبيه على ذلك في الفتوى رقم: 22695. ومن الظاهر أن خلو الوجه من العين والأنف والفم يعد طمسا للصورة، قال السندي في حاشيته على سنن النسائي: طمسها أمحاها بقطع رأسها وتغيير وجهها ونحو ذلك. انتهـى. والأولى اجتناب ذلك كله بعدا عن الشبهات. والله أعلم. و لقد اضطررت لوضع سعر لكي استطيع التعليق و تذكيرك و ليس لاخذ المشروع مع كامل احترامي لكم
