Create 3d arrows in existing Sketchup file

I need help adding 3d arrows to attached Google sketchup file of an Obstacle Race Course. Similar look to the arrows in the "arrows example" file. Rounded corners in the corners of the Obstacle Race Course's corners. Note that Im only asking for the ARROWS to be created. In file "arrow instruction" there are clarifications of what each arrow should explain 1. high stepping over obstacle 2. jump over, then under, over etc 3. zig zag the cones 4. flip the wheel, then climb over the wall 5. jump up and climb the rope then monkey over the bar, then down the 2 big stairs 6. crawl UNDER the net 7. spider man image. Use hands and feet to X your way forward between the 2 glass walls. 8. Jump the logs.
