looking for a 3-d character design for our TV show's main bad guys

I would like to find a 3d animator/designer that can create from our text the main bad guys for our Sci-fi TV show. The show takes place in a faraway galaxy and we will be looking for CGI characters that can be used in our show. As a first priority, I am looking for very realistic characters that can interact with live actors, however, we also may consider, depending on the cost of creating a half-hour animated pilot. We are a small production company competing against giant companies. So we have to do it right the first time. We have looked at several 3d modelers that make buildings but they do not make realistic 3d characters and that is what we are looking for. Thank you. As requested: Character description for characters to be created: Character name: Cronium Sapras. Space creatures from the Evonni Galaxas, Cronium Sapras Empire, one of the ten empires in that galaxy. Description of character: Very cruel, Giant, bi-pedal, thick dragon skinned, with scales, humans with three protruding horns extending from their foreheads. The Valkzarie Warriors (Space pirates that our good guys who are all women warriors) the Cronium Sapras stand three times larger than the warriors. Cronium Sapras favor large scimitar-like space swords, nicknamed "Deftra Tooth Picks", capable of cutting three warriors in half in a single blow. Five of them have gotten onto the flagship of the Seventh Vikzon Corsairs. The ship is a living ship that calls itself, "Zero" and it is a legendary ship with a legendary Captain, Captain Zar Wiscomb, that also happens to be the mother of our hero, introduced later, Captain "Mad" Mattie Wiscomb Dey d' Nos. There are two scenes for this first battle, the fight scene with the five Cronium Sapras Soldiers against twenty Valkzarie Warriors that must pull back, as their weapons space sabers and space muskets are not having any effect on the Cronium Sapras. This is remedied in the next scene when the ship regains consciousness and sends the five Cronium Sapras Soldiers out into space to die. At the moment we are only looking for the realistic models of the Cronium Sapras that can be used in CGI at the virual Studio, but we will also look at options for the complete show to be animated.
