Telesales Expert - Business Development Manager [Work From Home]

This is a TeleSales job. This is not a Telemarketing job. Job is to sell Membership directly to small and medium size businesses by telephone. We will not hire telemarketers. You must be able to SELL OVER TELEPHONE. You will be provided with Qualified Leads List. You are to call 20 potential customers per hour, sell Membership and close sales. You will be paid $25 per hour spent on calls, actual call talk time. All Calls must be made using our desktop and/or mobile system. All calls are recorded. PAY RATE AND COMPENSATION includes a hourly pay rate, commission, and the ability to earn up to $100,000 in the first year. Pay Rate And Cumulative Weekly Bonus $25 per hour Canadian + Cumulative Weekly Bonus. In addition to your hourly pay, you will be paid 5% to 25% CASH Cumulative Weekly Bonus. Quarterly and Annual Commission Applicable. You must achieve cumulative (year-to-date) sales. FOR EXAMPLE: Week 1 Quota = 5 Sales Week 2 Quota = 5 Sales To get Week 2 Bonus you must have 10 Sales, regardless of your first-week performance. This is great! It helps you. Even you miss your quota, any sales you can squeeze out will help you reach your cumulative number for the next period. SALES CYCLE Membership packages cost $560 to $1190 The sales cycle is 1-3 calls on average You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone, have client sign Agreement and make payment. YOU MUST 1. You must speak fluent English and have Excellent knowledge of English 2. You must have Proven experience as Telesales Representative who excels at closing sale over the telephone 3. You must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. 4. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and closing sales over the telephone. 5. You must be able to achieve Sales Targets under pressure. 6. You must be able to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 11AM to 1PM, 4PM to 5PM each day. Eastern Standard Time Zone. No exclusion, no exemption, no changes. 7. You must be able to work from your own “QUIET” home office. You must have stable and reliable internet. Background noises such as TV, fridge, people talking, car horns etc are NOT ACCEPTABLE and may result in immediate termination.
