Establish Recruiting Processes & Procedures Understand the Technical Requirements of Task & Job Research & Develop Accurate, Engaging Job Descriptions Write and Post Job Ads in Upwork & Other Online Channels (Website, Social Media, etc) Invite, Screen and interview qualified candidates (Worldwide) Quickly sort through applications submitted Research & Advice on optimal compensation structures Negotiate Vendors Terms, Payment Schedules & Hours Attract & Engage with suitable candidates via Upwork & Other Online Channels/Sites. Conduct Interviews including vetting and present qualified candidates. Execute various sourcing strategies Hire & manage the resource (accurate expectations, work hours, etc.) Onboard new hires, enroll and terminate employees Quickly assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suited for tasks. Completing paperwork including NDA and Terms. Providing recruitment reports to Project Manager & Owner Be able to conduct different types of interviews. Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan Experience hiring designers, developers, full-stack coders, data entry workers, VA's, SEO/ PPC Teams, sales team, etc.

Talent Acquisition  Handling complete game is technical/Non-technical recruitment.
