We are an Austrian Headhunter Company and are searching for a recruiting partner in India, (Bangladesh, China, Japan) to find candidates that are highly educated, which want to live a better life in Europe by working here in Austria or Germany and moving here. So the candidates should be open to learning the german language quick.
We only search for top notch candidates, that belong to the top 5% of their job field. Mainly candidates in the IT-sector, but also engineers. Minimum requirement: degree and 5 years of working experience and a desire to be the best at what she or he does.
Your job is to be our partner by finding and providing us with these candidates.
We will pay a fixed rate for every candidate that fits our skillset and pay a bonus fee, if the candidate gets hired.
