Arm Tattoo

I am looking into a new tattoo but need some help with the design. I have some general ideas but want it to wrap a bit around my arm into a sleeve of sorts. I am not super artistic and I need help. I am Maltese and want to incorporate some boats around Malta and possibly the falcon? I also currently have a very old and faded Maltese cross on my shoulder that i would like to enhance and incorporate. All black and white. My other upper arm is fully covered with a colored American flag so I want to make sure it doesn’t compete too much. I included a picture that would incorporate a map (which would be Malta) with a compass etc than would be really cool. Open to creative ideas but the tattoo ideally would start at my chest (right side/arm) and go down almost near my wrist so need a few ideas to cover. Let me know what you think!
