Build a responsive home page in [login to view URL]

Hello,

I am Tomy Abdel-Malak, a French student in engineering school. I am currently an intern in a tech startup that develops a business tourism platform. I am using Freelancer as part of this internship, because I have to create and develop the homepage of the website using Svelte.JS. I'm coming here to ask for help because Svelte is all new for me.

I need to know if you can do an entire page with a responsive design, working for desktop and phones screen sizes. I have the visuals for this two screen sizes. We can provide with visuals and figma file. Please expect more pages to come in the case you meet the requirements.
