My largest project to date is analysis of the last 10 years of NFL Running Back data. Most recent I have been working on a predictive NASCAR model based on driver stats. Most analysis has been performed in R, with some Excel and Python sprinkled in for good measure. I have glanced at some MLB stat sites and the format seems fairly straightforward to retrieve data. Do you want a database created that you can analyze, or would I be the one looking for patterns? If the former than the submitted bid is sufficient. If the latter, it would depend on whether you were going to prescribe the correlations you want tested or if I would be developing them on my own. Thank you, Greg
