Looking for an experienced Microsoft Access database developer to assist us with our database creation.
Build a staff database in Access to track various staff records.
Currently we are tracking records on multiple excel sheets (~8), very inconvenient, would like to consolidate all these excels into a single Access database.
The database must be able to enter/update records and generate necessary reports (basically to reproduce reports similar to our excel sheets).
We have already started on creating the database, about 1/3 work done.
Staff divided into 4 main groups (Representatives, plus 3 other groups - main focus on Representatives group).
Database 2 main parts
1. General Information - All staff (all 4 groups)
Basically general staff info, name, contact, Date of Birth, equipment assigned, etc...

2. Representatives Records - There's a lot of info needed to capture for the "Representatives" group
(this part will take more time as bulk of the project is with this)
Term & Salary; Representatives are under terms, when their terms expire they could be renewed.
So need to track past and current term & salary
Temporary; They could also became Temporary, so need checkbox and capture the Date converted
We will provide the requirements (data that need to be captured in the database) and the excel sheets (resulting reports to be generated).
