Access Database Needed

My company needs to build an access database to handle clients and progress them. We must be able to export all the data to Excel. The database must be user friendly. A number of the entries will need: 1. Drop down options 2. Date 3. Simple calculation 4. Automated Client ID 5. Currency in GBP The quote must allow for testing of the database fixing problems for upto 1 year for free. There will be on going work when needed and an agreed set price for edits within that may need to be done later on.
