・General: Customer support for Spanish-speaking users of crowdfunding platform ・About us: We’re a Japanese company that is managing a global donation-type crowdfunding platform named Airfunding, where people from Spanish speaking countries like Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, or Guatemala represent a high percentage of users [login to view URL] ・Premises We’re looking for a person to be in charge of the general support to Spanish-speaking users in the process of creating and opening projects in our crowdfunding platform, and help them solve their doubts and problems with the service. In Airfunding, when a project owner gets 3 supports in his/her project, it can be ranked to what we call “Worldwide stage”. This means that the project is translated to different languages and featured worldwide in our different platforms and networks A personal verification and project content verification has to be passed to have a project published worldwide. We need someone who can guide and support Spanish-speaking users to do this process ・What is the job about? Main tasks: -Customer support in Spanish -Contact users who gained 3 supports or more, to help them get their projects published worldwide -Reply inquiries from users in Spanish -Extra: research Characteristics: -Work time: 4 hours a day during weekdays -Weekends and public holidays free (according to your country’s calendar) -Hourly wage: $4 ・Requirements: -Native in Spanish -Living in one of these countries: Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala -Business level of English -Able to communicate swiftly and on time -Good access to internet connection -Empathy and personal communication skills -Computer skills -World and Excel ・Nice to have -Knowledge on crowdfunding -If you can write in Portuguese too, would be amazing! -Writing skills -Communication skills ・Hiring Process -Project content improve test This is an actual project opened in our platform [login to view URL] -The project needs to be improved with added information that proves that the project and the intention of the project owner are real -What kind of questions would you ask to the project owner to add that extra information in the project? -Write us the questions through direct message. *Reference: Here you can see a project that has been improved already [login to view URL] You can take it as a reference -Interview We will screen the applications and all applicants who passed the first test will then be invited to a web interview.
