I have designed over 500 molds in my career and I'm sure I can do yours as well. I was first a part designer then a tooling engineer at Chrysler for 13 years. I work now doing feasibility studies and design checking for several tool shops here in Canada. I will look at your part and determine the feasibility then give recommendations. If the part needs adjustment to eject from a tool I will detail those issues and send a report. $50.00 milestone. Either you or I will change the part to be feasible and then I will design a tool to make the part. $200.00 Please contact me to get the work done right and on time. I will need to know how many cavities you want, platen dimensions of the machine it will be processed in, and the shrink value of the plastic material it will be molded from. Based on my evaluation, you are looking for 3d modeler in designing a part to meet plastic molding criteria which will include de-molding draft angle, recommended 3 degree, recommended wall thickness 1 to 2mm, even & universal wall thickness, plastic rib to reinforce part integrity, avoid undercut to cost saving if possible.
