We need a smart contract (solidity) that allows a user to send 0 eth to the contract and then receive a specified amount of tokens. The user will pay for the gas. The number of tokens the user can receive is currently stored in a csv file in the format "address, qty" The contract owner must be able to deposit a certain amount of the tokens in the contract to cover for the distribution

Hey I can have this done for you today. I have made exchanges, crytpogames, and token contracts so this will be fairly straight forward. The only issue is that the amount each person can withdraw will have to be stored on the blockchain and not in a csv file. How many addresses are in that table?
