Click to Call for Google Sheets -- 2

Hi - we are a recruitment company. Our team of recruiters engage candidates through telecalling activity each day. The call volume varies from 40-50 calls per day. At present, all candidate data is uploaded on google sheets for each candidate. Details such as candidate name, experience, mobile number etc are mentioned on the sheet. We need to enable click to call feature, so that when we click on candidate phone number on google sheet, the dialer on our phone automatically opens up with the contact number. Then we need analytics on how many calls made each day, avg duration of call etc.
