I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Linux using Python. A script to monitor a cloud-shared folder for new photo files (jpeg). If a new file arrives, python code will extract the QRcode from image. Same script will extract exif information from image. Image file will be converted to png and will be saved with a new name using some exif data (date etc). Old and new filenames, paths, qrcode data and exif data will be recorded to a mysql table. If a new image file contains same qrcode, it will replace old record in mysql table. This script should monitor cloud-shared folder 7/24 for new image files to process.
