Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C or C++. Hello, my name is Mike and I need someone to make me a custom Xbox turbo for a windows laptop. A program that’ll auto check and claim the gamertags as soon as they change theirs. I need it to be able run multiple GamerTags at once so I can autoclaim whatever swaps first. also I would like it to be quicker than most custom turbos.( faster than seconds) I also need there to be a way to sign into a profile that has a name change still availailable to so it’ll autoclaim that name. I would also like the program to be user friendly and not too hard to use. As I can make a lot of money from doing this, I would like it to be effective with no time-outs or function incorrectly and function with a lag or anything that will stifle the program from doing its job. This should be a rather small program. Please do not give this program to anybody. If I do notice I begin to have problems with it, Ill most likely come back for some much appreciated help. As other programs keep beating out the one I bought for $40 I will be more than happy to spread the word about your coding skills. Remember to try and have a little fun with this project as well. After all, not a lot of people do actually do this. I will only be able to make a Payment through PayPal. As I am a student in college, My price range is around the 150-200 range but we can negotiate a sufficient price range for the both of us.
