Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I would like for users to get notifications when they visit a website that shows how a different visitor to the site just used the site. For instance, if a mattress website was one of the users of my software, I would want when users go to the mattress website to see a notification like the following: "Joe from Miami, FL just bought a new Serta Queen Mattress." and say how many minutes ago it occurred. I also want the notification tool to be able to show live visitor counts on the website, a notification that can show how a random user just used the site a few minutes ago or just signed up to become a member and other metrics, such as a notification which shows that someone just left a five star review for a product that is being viewed. There needs to be an administrative panel as well which allows the website's owner to control which notifications are shown and how often along with statistics on how many people clicked on the notification as well as other analytics- preferably I'd like it to be integrated with Google analytics. I am starting a website that will offer this service to people who sell products online as a means of increasing their sales. I would like this done in a way that will allow me to take your finished product and have my website developer install it so that the website is turnkey ready.
