vein alocator by Pi4J project (java code)

We need you to develop some software for me. We have made a device that is able to find the veins location. There’a a raspberry Pi- MCP3008 (ADC convertor)-wires-Bluetooth dongle-Heartbeat sensor. the device was working perfectly but somtheing happened after making the prototype. the memory that contains the program has affected. before it suppose to work directly when the raspberry pi is connected to the TV screen (a desktop will apear like a linux OS) and then we insert the 2 commands for the bluetooth connections. but all of these are not working the hdmi isn’t working. SO, we need someone to re-prgram it using the JAVA code that we have by the Pi4J project please.
