I've included a modified demo plan feel free to compare it to yours in retrospect i should have done my changes in a diff color. Sorry! The new plan also included is around 1850 SF and now includes the basement in the structure. The fireplace is missing from my plans but its still there i just didn't bother putting it in there. The master bath has the general placement of shower and vanity but its not precisely the size and shape. The floor plan you see is aprox feel free to make any expert changes you feel necessary but keep with the idea. What I need a full construction package for city submit (including architectural. structural and MEP layouts)
