UPS has changed their platform and code that worked for years now is broken. I need help getting it working again. This project requires a developer that has recently done this work. Please do not bid on this project if you have not directly worked with the UPS API recently since they changed their platform. The current site is running on Windows Server 2016 with .net framework 4.7.x. Attached inn the file are the code and error. The right developer should know exactly what to do. Richard
