update an existing software and add new features

I have an existing software which works 99% of the time. However, it has a bug. It sometimes momentarily deletes patients and adds it back sometimes within the same day and sometimes a few days later. Additionally, I want to add the following features:
1. I want to be able to populate a list of drugs and they can be selected from a dropdown list
2. a dropdown list for the surgeries
3. currently when a patient is suspended for a set number of days it does not work properly. This needs to be fixed
4. under notes I want the notes to appear as a list and date stamp is automatically entered as you enter the note
5. be able to view patients meds due in x days
6. I want the margins to auto fit the text so if I enter a long name the name margins automatically expand to accomodate the name
7. I want a separate tab to allow selection of patient name and when that is selected a list of his/her meds appear. By then selecting the meds required and pressing on a designated button the list of meds and the patient's details are populated into a pdf template to enable easy email faxing. We deal with care agencies so I want this software to be able to link to several other copies of a similar software to this but I want them to have restricted access to only their patients. Also when they choose the meds for ordering it prepopulates it but requires my input to authorise the request before a pdf document is populated.

I want the right person for this job. I want the software to be 100% bug free. If you want money upfront then quite frankly you are not confident in your abilities and are thus not the right person for us.
