Hello, I can develop a cool instrument panel that can take data from a webserver or an external hardware or etc... I can develop it using electron software that enables to use html5 - javascript technology as desktop application. or i can develop it using c / c++ and opengl. I prefer html5 / javascript because it has more library to create awesome results. Also easy to make changes.
