Hi there, Though we need to further discuss to pinpoint the exact details of the project, generally speaking, the requirements look quite clear and straightforward to implement. Obviously, the program will be mainly based on your current template to generate the report. The way things work will be analogous to a form template with placeholders all over it where users are just supposed to replace them with their own words. The difference is that there'll be dropdowns allowing the users to select one of the predefined values from the list. Basically, anything users do repeatedly to create the reports can be abstracted away and turned into a simple drag n drop operation or a select from a dropdown. You'll be able create these predefined lists for each category, subsets and fields individually. The users will also be able to use the features of both platform, companycam and jobnimbus, right in the program without having to go to respective services page. For instance, users can create projects, documents, upload photos, tag them, ect.. As far as I know there is an API for jobnimbus but it looks like the documentation is not publicly available so it's hard to say anything in this regard. I'm not sure if you have a preference for the language and/or platform to create the application but I am planning to use python. I will handle every aspect of technical works, you may consider this as a turn key solution. I expect this to take up to 45 days.
