Python Image Processing Expert required for an urgent job.

Hello everyone, I'm here to look for a Computer Vision/Image Processing expert who is good at Python OpenCV and who can deliver what I want. I want a small software which takes a Tiff file as an input and convert it to an excel file as an output. Tiff file consists of several pages which mainly covered by a table and thus output should be an excel format that includes table format & data. At the moment, I just need one template of document to be processed within 2 days and if this goes well, there'll be many templates to process. Thus, hopefully it'd be good if I can handle all kinds of documents with one algorithm, however, if you can complete this prototype within 1~2 days, I'll be okay with hard-coded implementation. I can provide you with OCR function and previous image processing functions. What you have to do is to extract contours of text regions and save them as a region matrix(i should get the row and column index of text so that i can build an excel file on the basis of it) so that they can be passed to OCR module to be processed further. I'll provide more details later with qualified candidates. Please bid if you have read all the specs and include "TiffToExcel" word at the beginning of bid proposal so that I can eliminate auto-bids.
