hi there, I've read your requirements. Let me create an interface written in Python which lets specify a BigQuery table and is able to take contents from that table. It will populate a new table with some variables replaced. Example you provided makes work much clear and script will handle taking contents from table1, parse it with the updated information and then put it in table 2.
