You require a program to be developed in java to create a 2D array of size 20 x 20 that must be initialized with 0 or 1 using a RAND [login to view URL] description as per yr requirement given. I wanted that for what purpose you would like to use the array. I am working with java and .net platform from the last 15 years and is involved not only teaching these programming subjects but also developing Engineering projects.
