Design solution to extract documents from Oracle WebCenter Document Repository. Examples of documents in repository to be extracted are Disciplinary Write Ups, W2's, etc. Our organization is moving from Oracle to another solution and we need to archive all documents that have been uploaded. From my review there is a java tool that can be used to extract documents. There are several thousand documents. We can provide spreadsheet with list of document ID's. We would like to download the corresponding document from Oracle for each document ID. At this point we are only looking for a detailed solution design including method that would be used (specific web service to use and or extract tool).
