Need software for extracting photo and file name from Excel file

While I am not used to C or C#, I am good in LabVIEW and can make you an executable, and if you want the source file for your application. LabVIEW can quickly get you started on what you want to achieve while providing a nice UI. I've had experience extracting and inserting graphics and data into and from Excel.
