Need Python, Bash, SQL, Redshift

So I need to have several processes run after it senses that the ftp upload is complete.

1. Check a directory to see if the files are finished uploading. (new)

2. After upload, check filesize and md5

3. Run some cleaning script. (existing scripts already, need to modify)

4. Run script to load to S3 (existing scripts already, need to modify)

5. Run scripts to load from S3 to redshift (existing scripts already, need to modify)

6. Run scripts to clean data in redshift (existing scripts already, need to modify)
