I am ophthalmologist and I need to build a software to keep medical records (EHR). It has to be fully customisable. I worksheet that I can add new patients and keep records every time I examine them. Ready software which is previous tested and working is preferable. The software has to work offline and backup online to the cloud. Possibilities: add photos, pdf, enter details as visual acuity, intraocular pressure etc... Choose to export one or the hole medical record of each patient to pdf with the logos. Ability to print eyeglasses prescription directly with one button Ability to print medicine prescription easy Many other options needed. The layout has to be minimal, clean and easy to work with If you have not work with other medical record software, please do not waste my time with bidding. The software will be tested for 10 days by several ophthalmologists and if it is ok, then the freelancer will be awarded.
