Develop and ERP system

We are seeking support on development of ERP system for our company. Planys Technologies is an IIT Madras incubated company that provides submersible robotic inspection and survey solutions using Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs). Planys has its head office in Chennai where it indigenously designs and manufactures compact ROVs. We design and manufacture ROVs and provide underwater inspection services using these ROVs. The project aims at developing a customised software for managing the Purchases and inventory at Planys. Although, there are a lot of softwares available in Market for stores, puchase and inventory, we differ in the way we execute our purchases and hence require a tailor made software for our company. The procedures would involve budget preparation and monitoring, managing purchases (from Purchase requisition to Purchase order), accounting for received goods and generating payment statements. On Inventory front, we are looking for software that caters to stores and warehouse stock maintenance, stock transfer, disposal and Fixed asset maintenance. These processes must be maintained as a user profile upto 20 users( with flexibility to expand in future). The process also demands multiple levels for approvals and same shall be accommodated in the software. On software front the company would like to retain the source, design documentation, databases. The software must be compatible for local hosting as well as cloud based. Applicant are free to use tools they are comfortable with. Also, people with prior experience in development of ERP/E-commerce are preferred. More details can be shared if required.
