Hello, I am an expert on the projects like this. These all requires high level technical knowledge about how cad / cam softwares work, how drawing softwares work on computer and how to develop them. I see documents and understand what you are trying to do. It is so reasonable. I can develop this software. Well, you can make drag & drop design, software can calculate required tiles, make lists and create result image. also, software can provide cad drawing of design if it is required. I probably understand the requirements, but better to talk more about project and be sure everything is clear. How many different tiles there is etc... Also probably all tiles required to draw or prepare for software. I like to use web technologies to develop software like this project. Because it is flexible and easy to use / develop / update. It can also work as web or desktop software. Dont care about use on mac. Web based softwares works on almost any device. So you can use the software on mac or pc.
