Build a mac desktop app

The App needs to work independent of the internet. 1. On the Hard disk there will be a library of videos and digital images stored. Video and Images formats are MP4 and JPG respectively. Notes: a) The device may change based on the venue b) Do not want to store the data on an online server 2. These videos and images need to be tagged for future analytics 4. The visitor will have access to a computer where he will initiate a form, which is connected to the video/image library on the external hard drive. 5. In the form he will enter his phone number and name as an identifier and press Submit. 6. Once the form is submitted, a random video/image will be picked up from the library and played. When a random image or video is chosen it should be displayed full screen, I am flexible to whatever programme is required to open the video/image as long as it opens on Mac full screen. The video needs to start playing automatically. I do not need Pause and Stop, after the video finishes the screen should return to the home screen containing the form to enter phone number. If possible when the video/ image is playing on the top right corner the user still sees the option to enter the phone number and submit the form to generate a new image/video, and when the display is over the form becomes full screen. 7. System should be able to track (preferably datewise) - number of visitor that have initiated the form and their name 8. The computer will be connected to the projector 9. The software needs to be Mac compatible
