Hello, I made the bid with the following assumptions: 1. The code will be tested on Arduino Uno 2. The GSM module will be SIM800L 3. Normally, beside TX and RX pin, a 3rd pin is need for RST. The delivery include: 1. C++ source code for Arduino 2. A simple/POC PHP script that just only take the data and insert into mysql database. Which GSM module are you using? Is it Arduino with GSM Shield or sim800/sim900 series. Both use separate libraries.
